How are your products made?
Prints are professionally printed on museum quality paper from Hahnemühle in the size 40x60cm. The prints have a narrow white border and will be sent hand-signed.
Shipping
When will my order be send out?
Orders are normally printed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will of course be notified when your print is shipped.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace from PostNL via e-mail when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping, please send me a message through the contact page on my website.
Returns
I have received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
I'm sorry you received a wrong or damaged print. In order to resolve this quickly for you, it is best to send a message via our contact page within a week with a photo of the product, the order number and any other details of your order. I will contact you as soon as possible for a solution!
What is the return policy?
We do not offer returns, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me through the contact page.
